  • All artwork, illustrations, designs, products, branding, written content, and imagery displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Imogen Joyce Designs.

  • These materials are protected by copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial or personal purpose without prior written permission.

  • Purchase of a product does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork.

2. Products, Commissions & Live Portraits

2.1 Shop Products

  • All product listings include as much detail as possible regarding materials, sizing, and expected variations.

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

2.2 Commissions & Live Portraits

  • Commissioned artwork and live portrait bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Once a commission has begun, no changes can be made to the agreed concept unless otherwise approved by the artist.

  • The artist retains the copyright to all commissioned work unless a separate licensing agreement is made in writing.

3. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

3.1 Standard Products

  • We do not offer refunds on any products purchased through the online shop.

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Approved returns will be issued store credit only, not a monetary refund.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

3.2 Commissions & Live Portraits

  • No refunds or store credit are available for commissions, custom work, or live portrait sessions.

4. Shipping & Production Times

  • All products are made to order with a standard 1-week production lead time before dispatch.

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and postal service.

  • Once an item has been dispatched, delivery delays are outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
