Research into the smaller things and drawing on your mental health

To develop my initial ideas for my final project outcome, I decided to do some research into the benefits of drawing and also how noticing the smaller things that make you happy in life can improve your mental health. Doing this research has helped add backing to my project outcome making my work more effective and adding validity too it as well.
