After watching some video editing videos I decided that I wanted to experiment with making and editing some videos myself. I was inspired by some videos that I had watched on instagram on food tutorials so set myself the mini task of making my own video about Banana Bread. I spent the day filming short clips and and taking photographs of the process. However I would see this as a bit of a failed attempt as I couldn't upload the videos I took from my camera and the photographs were of poor quality. I then decided to just use these as a first attempt and used the photographs to experiment with Lightroom. I decided to create some presets using youtube tutorials which will be helpful and there to use for future projects. Overall this was a fun task but something that wasn't fully successful. I am tempted to higher out the cameras and lighting equipment at uni to try and have a second attempt at this. I actually found this activity quite helpful to gain a better understanding of what you can do in Lightroom and how to work my way around the software.
These photos show the different presets I have made in Lightroom.
These pictures show images I was inspired by showing lifestyle and food photography.
the videos above are the tutorials I watched to produce my Lightroom presets.
