Walking and being in nature has always had a huge impact on me and how I feel. Because of this and my research, I want to encourage my audience to get outside as it is a way to benefit your mental health and keep active. On this page I added some interviews of my friends thoughts and feelings of a walk we went on and how it affected their mental health so that they audience could hear another perspective and to add some universality to me thoughts.
At the bottom of my page, I added about how drawing in nature free hand can help you relax and get creative along with my guided print out for a walk in nature which encourages the audience to get creative in a variety of ways and to promote and encourage feelings of gratitude.
